Katie Hench

Katie joined Urban Autism Solutions as the Director of Programs in 2025. Prior to this role, Katie was the Co-Founder and CEO of InfiniTeach, a neurodiverse company that developed mobile and web apps, and provided training and consultation, to support the autism community.

Katie is a former Special Education teacher and, through her work with various nonprofits, has provided training to parents and educators throughout Illinois and in countries around the world. She was the Director of AACTION Autism, an international NGO focused on providing autism training and consultation in developing countries around the world. She has previously served on the External Disability Advisory Board for Alaska Airlines and on the Ethics and Rights Committee for Esperanza Community Services in Chicago. Katie is excited to join a team that is making an outsized impact in adult services.
