Network 1212 is our social program open to young adults, 18-35, who do not require high supports, and can participate without parents.
Many of the Network 1212 events are hosted or begin in the community space of Project 1212. We provide a number of social outings and educational meetings within Chicago such as cooking classes, restaurant meetups, parties and in-house movie nights. Our long term goal is to observe and document what happens to the depth and stability of individual networks for adults with autism when we provide a structured social environment.
