Carole Burke Hallberg

Carole Burke Hallberg is an award-winning producer, writer, and director with more than 30 years of leadership in video production. As founder of CBH Video Productions & Creative Services, she has built and led teams serving global clients, combining strategic oversight with execution to create long-term impact.

Her ties to Urban Autism Solutions reflect a shared mission shaped by personal experience and leadership. After her son Jayson was diagnosed with PDD-NOS at age two, Carole spent 16 years advocating within schools and the autism community. Through that advocacy, Jayson gained the support needed to grow, develop his strengths, and pursue higher education graduating with a degree in animation from Columbia College in 2022. Today, he serves on the UAS Young Adult Advisory Council, contributing his perspective to the organization’s work.

Carole was a founding member and charter President of the Chicago Windy City Lions Club since 2008, which has partnered with UAS for over four years to support Growing Solutions Farm through a sensory and pollinator garden and seasonal service projects. In 2023-25, she was appointed District Leadership Team Coordinator, organizing training for 70 Lions Clubs across the Chicago area. She now is global extension coordinator for Lions in Chicago.

Carole brings advocacy, nonprofit leadership, community partnership development, and communications expertise to the UAS Board.
