Growing Solutions Farm Featured on WGN Radio

Urban Autism Solutions executive director Heather Tarczan was interviewed by WGN Radio 720 reporter Steve Alexander for his show, The Business of Food. You can listen to the interview here.

Heather talked about Growing Solutions Farm, which is managed by UAS. The 1.2-acre farm in the Illinois Medical District hosts students with autism and related learning differences from West Side Chicago public high schools. Students who work at the farm learn about urban agriculture and gain skills they can use at any job.
