Mike Tracy

Michael and Julie Tracy are the co-founders of UAS and the parents of two grown sons, one of whom is on the autism spectrum.

Mike works with our young adults to find their first job. He also develops relationships with local businesses, communicating our mission and soliciting financial support.

Mike leads Urban Hike with Mike every Wednesday evening, bringing young adults with autism and related challenges to a different neighborhood restaurant via public transportation, and leads the discussion group Current Events With Mike on Tuesdays.

Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
