Rosemary Roasted Almonds


The true star of this recipe is rosemary. These rosemary roasted almonds are a healthy alternative to other snacking options, and the flavor is simply irresistible. Pair with a cheese board, or enjoy as is!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups (1 pound) whole almonds, skinned

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary from Growing Solutions Farm

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until almonds are well coated.

  3. Spread the almonds evenly onto a large baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 10 minutes, stir, and continue roasting for another 10 minutes. Almonds should reach a light golden brown color.

  5. Cool completely on the baking sheet.

  6. Serve immediately or store in a container.
