Posted 11/17/2022

For 10 years, Urban Autism Solutions has been dedicated to changing outcomes for young adults with autism and related challenges through an integrated community life that advances social and vocational opportunities. We work primarily with Chicago Public Schools students (ages 16-22) from the West Side. These students come to our UAS West Side Transition Academy, the UAS Life Lab, and our Growing Solutions Farm to develop the skills they will need to transition to adulthood, whether that means building independence or getting a job in competitive employment.

If you are looking for an exceptionally flexible, non-traditional, fun and rewarding opportunity to use your SLP skills and experience with small groups of students in an informal, supportive setting, read on.
